Deposits
The deposit secures your place and is [non-refundable], because once you book we hold a place that we turn away others to keep. Please only pay it when you are confident you can attend.
If you cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing to support@restandriseretreats.co.uk. Our standard windows are: more than [90 days] before the retreat — full refund of payments made beyond the deposit; [60–90 days] — [50%] of the balance refunded; fewer than [60 days] — no refund, as costs are committed by then. You may transfer your place to another person at any time up to [14 days] before, subject to our approval.
Instalment plans
If you cancel partway through an instalment plan, the refund rules above apply to the total paid, less the non-refundable deposit. Stopping payments does not cancel your booking — you must tell us in writing.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel a retreat for any reason, you will be offered a full transfer to a future retreat or a full refund of everything you have paid, including the deposit.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or travel disruption). In those cases we will offer a transfer or credit where we can, but cannot always offer cash refunds. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel insurance
Travel to Bali, flights, visas and insurance are your responsibility. Please take out travel insurance that covers cancellation and your activities as soon as you book.
How to request a refund
Email support@restandriseretreats.co.uk with your name and booking details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within [14 days].
